Gendarmes and KPSM Officers Search Home in Upper Princess Quarter

MARIGOT/PHILPSBURG:--- The Gendarmes with the assistance of Officers of KPSM searched a home in Upper Princess Quarter Thursday afternoon. SMN News understands that the Gendarmes are investigating a case related to drug trafficking and two men were arrested by the Gendarmes. The two hour long search took place in the presence of a man believed to be one of the suspects. During the search the Gendarmes confiscated several items
SMN News contacted Captain of the Gendarmerie Sylvian Jouault for a comment on the search as it was taking place. Jouault said that there is an ongoing investigation being done by the gendarmerie but he cannot and will not disclose any information on the case until Monday.
