motorworldshellhyundai21122017COLE BAY:--- The Motorworld team journeys over to Anguilla B.V.I. (AXA) on Friday, December 22. This forms a component of the ongoing post-hurricane relief efforts to spread cheer as this major community outreach initiative continues. The entire undertaking is courtesy of the $150,000 of relief support provided by Hyundai and Shell working together with Motorworld, along with its distributor Apex Auto in AXA.

Included, will be a Soup Kitchen with complimentary soups provided by a popular local caterer, Mr. Eric Carty, as well as Care Packages for select residents who are in need. The Soup Kitchen will be held from 1:00 - 3:00 PM at the Agricultural Ground in The Valley, Anguilla. There will be a blue 'Hyundai Before Service' tent and flags visible for everyone to see and attend.

"All residents are invited to join us as we share a free warm meal and smile," says Jacqueline Louis, Marketing Management Consultant, Motorworld Group of Companies. "As an Anguillian belonger, I do happen to reside in St. Maarten, but I also take profound pride in the ability to share some relief among my people of Anguilla. It's my second home and, with the many damages we have all sustained, we can all use any form of relief during these trying times."

In addition, Care Packages will be distributed to select residents in dire need with a variety of food and household products procured at the local Best Buy.

"We found it necessary to support the local businesses in Anguilla. This all forms part of our joint efforts to recover and rebuild even stronger together," states Tariq Amjad, Managing Director, Motorworld Group of Companies. "The Anguillian hospitality and support has been great by everyone we have engaged to assist with this initiative."

Acknowledgements are extended to the Rotary Club of Anguilla, Calypso Boat Charters, Eric Carty catering services, Best Buy supermarket, E. Harrigan of Spark Group of Companies, Romcan Car Rental, as well as Apex Auto for making this venture a great success.
